We, Vivian Judith Fatupaito and Colin Thomas McCloy, liquidators of the above-named companies, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.
