Industry Training Act 1992

Plastics Industry Training Organisation Incorporated

The Board of Skill New Zealand – Pūkenga Aotearoa, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, and having consulted with the New Zealand Qualifications Authority, approved the extension of coverage of the Plastics Industry Training Organisation Incorporated to set standards at Levels 1 to 8 on the National Qualifications Framework to include paint, ink, resin and adhesives manufacture with effect from 11 February 2002.

Notice of Indemnity Given Pursuant to Section 59 (1) of the Public Finance Act 1989—Auckland International Airport Limited for the Provision for Training Purposes

Pursuant to section 59 (2) of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Minister of Finance makes the following statement:

“On 12 March 2002, I, the Honourable Dr Michael Cullen, Minister of Finance, gave an indemnity in favour of Auckland International Airport Limited, under an agreement between the New Zealand Defence Force and Auckland International Airport Limited which will allow New Zealand Defence Force personnel access to the airport for training purposes.”

Pursuant to Regulation 130 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, and pursuant to a sub-delegation to me by the Director of Land Transport Safety by an instrument dated 3 May 1999, I, Robert Albert Gibson, Senior Engineer Safer Roads, Land Transport Safety Authority, hereby approve reflective materials listed in Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 for the purpose of traffic signage.
