McCullagh, chartered accountant, whose office is at Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, Level Fourteen, The Forsyth Barr Frater Williams Tower, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland, as receiver and manager of the property of the company under the powers contained in a certain deed of debenture dated the 4th day of July 2000, and assigned to the lender by virtue of a deed of assignment dated the 30th day July 2001.
