Part Lots 1, 7, 9 and 10, shown on D.P. 9826, Blocks II and III, Kumeu S.D., in all 270.9648 hectares, outlined on certificate of title 657/24 (Wharepapa), the property of the Phillips Estate, Woodhill.

That portion of the Wairoa River between map grid references NZMS 1. N.43.564463 (180 metres upstream of Gibb’s Landing), to NZMS 1. N.43.575472 (180 metres below what is locally known as the Cattle Landing).

Southern Lake Waikare: All that area in the South Auckland Land District in the Waikato County bounded by a line commencing from a point in Lake Waikare 800 metres due south of Trig Station 1231 in Whangamarino Parish, Block IV, Rangiriri Survey District, thence proceeding south-easterly generally along a right line to a point 800 metres due north of the boundary peg at the north-western corner of Lot 1, D.P.S. 26990, Whangamarino Parish, Block VIII, Rangiriri Survey District, thence to a point due east along a right line for 1500 metres, thence due north along a right line to a point 600 metres due west of the boundary peg at the south-western corner of Allotment 442c, S.O. 19562 in Block 1, Whangamarino Parish, Hapuakohe Survey District, thence westerly and southerly generally along a right line to the place of commencement.
