(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Tasman District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares that:

(i) the area of stopped road firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title NL2C/816, subject to mortgage 367593.2;

(ii) the area of stopped road secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title NL2B/1003, subject to mortgage 403436.2.
