Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

St Patrick’s School, Taupo.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 5th day of March 2002.

A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the regional office of the Ministry of Education, corner of Grey and Bridge Streets, Hamilton.

Fisheries (Southern Scallop Total Allowable Catch) Notice 2002 (No. F215)

Pursuant to sections 13 and 14 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries, after having regard to the matters specified in that section, makes the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Southern Scallop Total Allowable Catch) Notice 2002.

(2) This notice comes into force on 1 April 2002.

2. Southern Scallop Fishery defined—(1) The Southern Scallop Fishery quota management area (SCA7) is the area as defined in Part III of the First Schedule to the Fisheries Act 1996.

3. Total allowable catch for southern scallops—The total allowable catch for southern scallops is 827 tonnes meatweight.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries, after having regard to the matters specified in that section and section 21 of the Fisheries Act 1996, makes the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Southern Scallop Total Allowable Commercial Catch) Notice 2002.

(2) This notice comes into force on 1 April 2002.

2. Southern Scallop Fishery defined—(1) The Southern Scallop Fishery quota management area (SCA7) is the area as defined in Part III of the First Schedule to the Fisheries Act 1996.
