Notice of Direction by the Registrar of Incorporated Societies for the Disposition of a Surplus Asset of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Section 27 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution of the society on the 4th day of March 2002, the land described in the Schedule hereto, being a surplus asset of the society, registered as proprietor under its former name of The Remuera Returned Services Club (Incorporated), be vested, subject to all charges, encumbrances, estates and interests affecting it, in The Wild Trust AK. 1182156, a board incorporated under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.\n
No appeal from this decision shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered within 1 month after the 11th day of March 2002, being the date of the said direction.

Schedule

An estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 928 square metres, more or less, situated in the City of Auckland, being part of Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 12786 and part Lot 3 on Deposited Plan 18339, and being portion of Allotments 5 and 21 of Section 12 of the Suburbs of Auckland, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 816, folio 166 (North Auckland Registry).
