Declaration of Vehicle With Motorcycle Controls to be a Motorcycle

Pursuant to section 2 (1) of the Transport Act 1962, I, Neil Gordon McAlpine, Vehicle Compliance Officer, hereby declare that the vehicle specified in Schedule 1 to be a motorcycle for the purposes of the said Act and any regulations under this Act, subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 2.

Authorisation of Exchange of Stewardship Area for Other Land

Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservator for the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of the stewardship area described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule, and further specifies that the land in the latter Schedule be held as forest sanctuary.
