Notice of Receipt of Income From Mortgaged Property
Section 104DD of the Property Law Act 1952
Take notice that on or about the 22nd day of February 2002, Harts Contributory Mortgages Nominee Company Limited received income from the properties over which it holds mortgages No. D. 477563.27 and D. 477563.28 given by the registered proprietor, Susila Investment Limited. The properties are known as Apartments 1203, 1303, 2004 and 2202 (secured by mortgage No. D. 477563.27) and Apartments 1103, 2006, 2205, 2206, 2306 and 2406 and Penthouse 3402 (secured by mortgage D. 477563.28), Ascott Metropolis, Courthouse Lane, Auckland, and they are comprised in certificates of title No. 127B/353, 127B/368, 127B/474, 127B/502, 127B/338, 127B/476, 127B/505, 127B/506, 127B/521, 127B/536 and 127B/653 (North Auckland Registry).
This notice is given by Harts Contributory Mortgages Nominee Company Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of KPMG Legal, 22 Fanshawe Street, Auckland 1.
