Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
The board of Whakanui Stud Limited (an amalgamating company) hereby gives notice that it is intended to amalgamate Whakanui Stud Limited, Point Break Limited and Cricketers Arms Limited, pursuant to the provisions of Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993, and to continue as an amalgamated company Whakanui Stud Limited.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies at Staples Rodway Waikato Limited, corner of Victoria and London Streets, Fifth Floor, WEL Energy Building, Hamilton, or at Pukeroro, R.D. 3, Hamilton, during normal business hours.
A shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to an amalgamating company.
