Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 1st day of March 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Allennium Limited be liquidated and that Joseph Richard Tristan Dean, chartered accountant of Albany, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of March 2002 at 3.00 p.m.
