Acquisition of Easements—Freyberg Park Stormwater Detention Dam, North Shore City

Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act
1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land
Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information
New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to
that effect having been entered into, easements in gross
are acquired and vested in the North Shore City Council,
to direct or divert water into and to concentrate water on
the land described in the First Schedule hereto, in
accordance with the rights and powers set out in the
Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, and in
the Second Schedule hereto.

Easement Conditions
