Transit New Zealand Act 1989

Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road—State Highway No. 14, Waiotama to State Highway No. 12 Intersection

It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 7 February 2002 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 14 in Kaipara District described in the Schedule hereto and as more particularly shown on Plans 14/15/1, 14/30/1 and 14/44/1 and accompanying Schedules held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Auckland, and there available for public inspection, to be limited access road.

Schedule

That section of State Highway No. 14 in Kaipara District commencing at the eastern abutment of Waiotama Bridge and proceeding in a generally westerly direction to the intersection with State Highway No. 12; a distance of 30.75 kilometres (Route Position 15/8.89 to Route Position 44/11.57).

Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for Road and Road to be Stopped—Pine Valley Road, Rodney District

Pursuant to Parts II and VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Rodney District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), declares that the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 68A/532.
