Notice of a Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 29 March 2000, I give notice that John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Air Services in the Ministry of Transport, has exercised the power conferred by section 87Q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, to vary the terms of the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to Air Tahiti Nui in order that it may operate:

Capacity:
One A340 return service per week and 2 return code-share services per week, as the marketing carrier, between Pape'ete and Auckland.

This amendment took effect on 25 February 2002.
