Corrigendum

The name of the following company was returned to the Register on the 21st day of February 2002:

Pibon Holdings Limited.

It had been struck off, under section 336 (4) of the Companies Act 1955 (unamended), on the grounds that the Registrar had reasonable cause to believe that the company was not carrying on business or in operation, however this was incorrect.

The company was subject to judicial supervision under Part 1A of the Life Insurance Act 1908.

The procedure commenced, under section 336, was null and void (refer Re Crott’s Application (1991) 5 NZCLC 67, 325) and it is proper that the Register be corrected by returning the name to the Register.
