Notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of February 2002 at 3.30 p.m., the above-named company passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that the company be put into liquidation and that Stuart Douglas Robertson be appointed as liquidator.

Notice to All Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator of Mountgreen Limited (in liquidation) fixes the 28th day of March 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.

After this date, claims may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claim is made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) the Companies Act 1993

On the 18th day of February 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Da Li International Limited be liquidated and that Stephen Gerard Florentine, chartered accountant of Curtis McLean Limited, Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of February 2002.

This is the liquidation of a solvent company.
