Road, Paraparaumu, has now been completed.

The liquidators’ final report and accounts, pursuant to
section 257 of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), have
been sent to the Registrar together with a request that the
companies be removed from the Register.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of
the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 20th day
of December 2002.

propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland,
