Notice of Intention to Request Removal of Company From the Register

Notice is hereby given that we, Scott Magor Chapman and Michael Frederick Bailey, directors of Aspen Properties Limited, intend to request the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the Register under section 318 (1) (d) (ii) of the Companies Act 1993.

The request will be made on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.

The date by which an objection, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar is the 13th day of January 2003.
