Appointment of the Ongarue Hall Society Incorporated to Control and Manage a Recreation Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation appoints the Ongarue Hall Society Incorporated to control and manage the reserve for recreation purposes described in the Schedule, on the condition that this appointment is subject to review by the Minister of Conservation or his approved delegate on

settlement of the claim under the Treaty of Waitangi Act 1976, known as the Ngati Pahere-Ngati Rae Rae Land Confiscation Claim, Wai 928.
