Partial Revocation of a Notice Imposing Height Restrictions on Land for the Purposes of the Functioning and Operation of the Former RNZAF Airbase at Wigram, Christchurch

Pursuant to section 54 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby revokes that part of the notice dated 12 December 1986, imposing height restrictions on the erection or placing or extension of any building, pole, mast, or other structure of any kind, or the growing of any tree or shrub within designated approach and take off flight paths on land adjacent to the former RNZAF Base, Wigram, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 December 1986, No. 205, page 5507, by excluding the following area from the Schedule.
