Regulations 1998

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (ii) of the Education (Early
Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under
authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby
cancel the licence dated 14 December 2001, which was
granted under those Regulations to Nola Griggs-Tamaki in
respect of Forest Lake Playcentre (33006), situated at
Hinton Avenue, Hamilton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its
notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 10 (3) of the Education (Early
Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under
authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby
cancel the licence dated 15 July 2002, which was granted
under those Regulations to Lucy Tua in respect of
Matangirau Te Ohonga Reo (18533) (01G033), situated
at Matangirau, Kaeo.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its
notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education (Early
Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under
authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby
cancel the licence dated 1 May 2000, which was granted
under those Regulations to Roxanne Sefonte in respect of
Whenuapai Community Kindergarten (20189), situated
at 13A Ngahui Crescent, Whenuapai, Auckland.
