Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation

application for putting Prime Site Holdings Limited into
liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at
Timaru.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at
Timaru on the 13th day of March 2003 at 11.00 a.m.

to appear on the hearing of the application must file an
appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.

Partnership advise that, upon the retirement of Susan
Roberta Wedde, the partnership is dissolved effective from
the 25th day of October 2002.
The remaining two partners, Beverley Jane Henton and
Jane Jackson, have entered into a new partnership in the
name of Henton Jackson Physiotherapy and will continue
to own and operate the Onehunga Physiotherapy Centre
and the Royal Oak Physiotherapy Clinic from the 26th day
of October 2002.
