Animal Welfare Act 1999

Revocation of Approval to Use Code of Ethical Conduct (Notice No. 1247)

Pursuant to sections 96 and 192 of the Animal Welfare Act
1999, I hereby give notice that I have revoked, on the
date of this notice, the approval of the code of ethical
conduct of

New Zealand Dairy Board Livestock Improvement
Division (now Livestock Improvement Corporation
Limited)

which is the same as the approved code of ethical conduct of
the University of Waikato.

Notice No. 4923 appearing in the New Zealand Gazette,
10 August 1989, No. 140, page 3502, is hereby revoked.
