Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

St Anne’s School, Wanganui.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 29 October 2002.

A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the regional office of the Ministry of Education, 116 Victoria Avenue, Wanganui.

Fisheries Act 1996

Fisheries (Coromandel Scallop Total Allowable Catch) Notice (No. 2) 2002 (No. F230)

Pursuant to section 13 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries, after having regard to the matters specified in that section, makes the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Coromandel Scallop Total Allowable Catch) Notice (No. 2) 2002.

(2) This notice takes effect from 1 November 2002.

2. Coromandel Scallop Fishery defined—(1) The Coromandel Scallop Fishery quota management area is the area as defined in the Fisheries (Declaration of New Stock Subject to Quota Management System) Notice 2001.

3. Total allowable catch for the Coromandel Scallop Fishery increased for 2002-2003 fishing year in accordance with section 13(7) of the Fisheries Act 1996—The total allowable catch for the Coromandel Scallop Fishery for the 2002-03 fishing year is increased to 62,000 tonnes meatweight.

4. Total allowable catch for the Coromandel Scallop Fishery reverts to the total allowable catch that applied at the beginning of the 2002-2003 fishing year in accordance with section 13(8) of the Fisheries Act 1996—From 1 April 2003, the total allowable catch for the Coromandel Scallop Fishery reverts back to 48,000 tonnes meatweight.

Integration Agreement Cancelled—St Joseph’s (Shannon) School (3010) Notice

Pursuant to section 15 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, I hereby give notice that the Integration Agreement for St Joseph’s (Shannon) School (3010), signed on 26 April 1981 between the Minister of Education, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, and the Catholic Bishop of the Diocese of Palmerston North, is cancelled as from 31 October 2002.
