Notice of Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Westport District Court on 4 July 2002, against Maxwell Corbett for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:

Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, on 21 October 2002 at the Tauranga District Court, Linton James Mossop was convicted of the following offences – refusing to permit blood specimen and driving under the influence of drink or drug – and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a Nissan Laurel motor vehicle, Registration No. SB6873 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 136 of the Sentencing Act 2002.
