Take notice that on Monday, the 30th day of September 2002, an application for putting Yue Woo Trading Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 21st day of November 2002 at 10.00 o’clock in the forenoon.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
