Appointment of a Telecommunications Commissioner to the Commerce Commission

Pursuant to section 9 of the Telecommunications Act 2001, Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint

Douglas Alan Webb of Virginia, United States of America

to be the Telecommunications Commissioner of the Commerce Commission for a period of 5 years commencing on 11 March 2002.

Pursuant to section 78N (2) of the Education Act 1989, I hereby appoint

Dennis Finn, consultant

as commissioner to Mangere Central School (1347).

All functions, powers and duties of the board of trustees of Mangere Central School are to be vested in the commissioner.

The appointment takes effect the day after the date of publication of this notice.
