out in the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952,
and shall vest in the Clutha District Council (“the grantee”).
The easement shall be subject to the following terms and
conditions:

(i) To convey water forever by means of underground
pipes over the easement land.

(ii) To lay, inspect, maintain, repair or relay in and
under the soil along the easement land pipes and any
associated fixtures and fittings as reasonably
required for the conveying of water.

(iii) To enter upon the land for the purpose of inspecting,
maintaining, relaying, repairing, replacing or altering
the said pipes and fixtures and fittings, as the case
may be, and opening up the soil of the easement land
and making any cuttings, trenches, and fillings, and
to reopen the same, and generally to do and perform
such acts or things upon the easement land as may be
necessary to enable the grantee to receive the full
use and enjoyment of the rights and privileges
granted to the grantee.

Amendment to a Notice Classifying and Naming
a Reserve

Under section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator
for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of
Conservation amends an error in the notice classifying and
naming a reserve dated 20 September 2002 and published in
the New Zealand Gazette, 26 September 2002, No. 143,
page 3775, by omitting from the Schedule
“S.O. Plan 64977”
and inserting in its place
“S.O. Plan 64997”.
