Reserves Act 1977
Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Manawatu–Wanganui Regional Council
Pursuant to sections 16 (1) and 26 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Wanganui Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a local purpose reserve (soil conservation and river control) and vests the reserve in the Wanganui-Manawatu Regional Council in trust for that purpose.

Revocation of Reservation Over Reserves
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Conservator for the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as government purpose reserves for the purpose of the health and disability sector and related purposes over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Capital and Coast District Health Board under the provisions of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000.

Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993
Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of marae and associated activities, to be known as the Kohewhata 2A Māori Reservation for the common use and benefit of Ngapuhi tribe.
