Summerfruit New Zealand Incorporated hereby advises that, in accordance with clause 13 (1) of the Commodity Levies (Summerfruit) Order 2002, the rates of levy for the period commencing 7 September 2002 and ending 30 September 2003, or until further notice, have been fixed by the industry as follows:
