Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 117 (3) (a), the portions of stopped road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated, pursuant to section 120 (3), with the land in certificate of title WN549/208, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 688982.3.

(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119, and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title WN549/208, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 688982.3.
