Classification and Naming of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Act, to be known as the Glory Cove Scenic Reserve.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Wairoa District Council and Change of Classification of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the East Coast Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation cancels the vesting in the Wairoa District Council and changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from a local purpose (roadman’s cottage) reserve to a recreation reserve.
