Amendment to a Notice—Land Acquired for Road and Declared Road—Pages Road, Christchurch City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 1st day of August 2002 with the above heading and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 August 2002, No. 94, page 2558, by omitting from the recital the following:

“(b) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and to remain vested in the Christchurch City Council”

and inserting therein the following:

“(b) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Christchurch City Council”.

Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegated authority from the Ministry of Conservation, the Community Services Manager of the Tasman District Council notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Tasman District Council on 12 September 2002:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Tasman District Council resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule be declared to be a local purpose (public utility) reserve”
