to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,

to be road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit

Maungarangi S Bends Realignment, Western Bay
of Plenty District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair
Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, and to an agreement to that
effect having been entered into, the land described in the
First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road which,
pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act
1989, forms part of State Highway No. 33 and shall vest in
the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, the portions of road
described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be
stopped and, pursuant to Section 117 (3) (a):

(i) the areas firstly, secondly, thirdly and fourthly
described shall be amalgamated with the land in part
4 Paengaroa South PR 211/125; and

(ii) the areas fifthly and sixthly described shall be
amalgamated with the land in part 5 Paengaroa
South.
