Corrigendum

Restoration of Company to the Register of Companies

The following company was returned to the Register on the 13th day of September 2002:

Troy Corporation Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) 275057.

It had been struck off, under section 336 (3) of the Companies Act 1955 (pre-1 July 1994), on the grounds that no liquidator was acting in its liquidation, however this was incorrect.

The receivership and the liquidation were continuing.

The procedure commenced, under section 336, was null and void (refer Re Crott’s Application (1991) 5 NZCLC 67,325) and it is proper that the Register be corrected by returning its name to the Register.
