Notice is given that a meeting of creditors will be held by
way of an assembly of creditors at 500 Victoria Street,
Hamilton, on the 22nd day of May 1995 commencing at
11.00 a.m.

The business to be transacted at the meeting is:

1. An update of the progress in the liquidation to date;
2. an outline of the liquidators’ intentions with respect to
   future progress in the liquidation; and
3. to receive the views of creditors.

Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present in
person, or by appointing a proxy or by postal vote.
