Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of September 2002, Rodney Gane Pardingtion, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of Hugh Wright Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 30th day of August 1990 given by that company, and under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 31st day of March 1998 given by that company.
