Explanatory Note
This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This notice, which comes into force on 30 September 2002, sets or varies the total allowable catch of the stocks listed, on and from the first day of the next fishing year for the stock concerned.

Fisheries (Total Allowable Commercial Catch) Notice (No. 2) 2002 (No. F225)

Pursuant to section 20 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries makes the following notice.

Notice

Title—This notice is the Fisheries (Total Allowable Commercial Catch) Notice (No. 2) 2002.
Commencement—This notice comes into force on 30 September 2002.
Interpretation—In this notice, the fishstock codes, quota management areas and quota management system codes have the same definition as in the Fisheries (Declaration of New Stock Subject to Quota Management System) Notice 2001 (S.R. 2001/318) and the Fisheries (Declaration of New Stocks Subject to Quota Management System) Notice 2002 (S.R. 2002/100).
Total allowable commercial catches—The total allowable commercial catch for each quota management stock is that amount stated in the final column of the Schedule to this notice.
Revocation—The Fisheries (Total Allowable Commercial Catch) Notice 2002 (No. F223) is revoked.
