Pursuant to section 42 (4) (a) of the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby declares that the water supply easement over the land described in the First Schedule and appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, taken by declaration and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 March 1967, No. 15, page 344 (A. 211320), is surrendered.
