declare that Motea School (2615), Dannevirke, will close
on 28 February 2002, and will cease to be established on
that day.

Fisheries (Coromandel Scallop Total Allowable Catch) Notice 2002 (No. F210)
Pursuant to section 13 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the
Minister of Fisheries, after having regard to the matters
specified in that section, makes the following notice.
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be
cited as the Fisheries (Coromandel Scallop Total Allowable
Catch) Notice 2002.
(2) This notice comes into force on 1 April 2002.

Coromandel Scallop Fishery defined—(1) The
Coromandel Scallop Fishery quota management area
(SCACS) is the area as defined in the Fisheries
(Declaration of New Stock Subject to Quota Management
System) Notice 2001. -
Total allowable catch for Coromandel scallops—
The total allowable catch for Coromandel scallops is 48.000
tonnes meatweight.

specified in that section and section 21 of the Fisheries Act
1996, makes the following notice.
