NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

Conservation revokes the reservation as a public reserve
over the land described in the Schedule, and declares that
the land may be disposed of by the Central Hawke’s Bay
District Council in such manner, at a price and on terms and
conditions as the council determines, the proceeds from a
sale to be paid into the general funds of the council.

Schedule

Hawke’s Bay Land District—Central Hawke’s Bay District
1404 square metres, being Lot 2, Deposited Plan 24776,
situated in Block III, Takapau Survey District (all certificate
of title V3/373).

Authorisation of the Exchange of a Reserve for Other Land

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community
Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of
the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange
of the reserve described in the First Schedule for the land
described in the Second Schedule. The land described in
the First Schedule shall become fee simple in the name
of the Hurunui District Council and the lands described in
the Second Schedule shall become reserves, subject to the
Reserves Act 1977, and held for recreation purposes.

Canterbury Land District—Hurunui District

First Schedule

4047 square metres, being Reserve 4555. All certificate of
title 16006.

Second Schedule

6360 square metres, being Lot 19, D.P. 77115. All
certificate of title 44B/435. Subject to Proclamation
contained in 555510.

3036 square metres, being Lot 20, D.P. 77115. All
certificate of title 44B/436. Subject to Proclamation
contained in 555510.
