Consultation on Amended 2002/2003 Self-employed Work Account Levy Rates
ACC proposes to amend 2002/2003 levy rates for 71 classification units based in 12 risk groups. The amendment is required to implement adjustments used for calculating previous rates.

Submissions
Submissions must be in writing and received by ACC no later than 5.00 p.m. on 10 October 2002.

Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997
Approval of Code of Practice—Agriculture Notice No. 1238
Pursuant to section 28 of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997, the Director-General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry hereby gives notice that:
-
The code of practice set out in the Schedule hereto is approved as suitable to receive statutory recognition for use in the management of risks under the Act; and
-
the approval of the code of practice set out in the Schedule hereto will take effect on the day following the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette; and
-
the code of practice set out in the Schedule hereto may be inspected or purchased at the place of the owner or sponsor of the code as shown in the Schedule.
