Corrigendum

Restoration of Company to the Register of Companies

The following company was returned to the Register on the 26th day of August 2002:

Slioc Enterprises Limited. 208639.

It had been struck off under section 336 (6) of the Companies Act 1955 and dissolved when cause had been shown to the contrary under section 336 (3).

That cause remains current.

The striking off was thus null and void (refer Re Crott’s Application (1991) 5 NZCLC 67,325) and it is proper that the Register be corrected.
