Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993

Terence Charles Webb Bastion, chartered accountant of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of Medication Centre (Lower Hutt) Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 5th day of June 2002 at 12.00 midday.

A meeting of creditors will be held at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Level Seventeen, BNZ Centre, State Insurance Tower, 1 Willis Street, Wellington, on the 20th day of September 2002 commencing at 2.15 p.m.

Agenda:
The business to be transacted at the meeting is:

1. To confirm the appointment of Terence Charles Webb Bastion as liquidator or to appoint another named liquidator in place of the appointed liquidator.
2. To convey the views of creditors to the liquidators.
3. To appoint a liquidation committee.
4. Any general business.

Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present in person, or by appointing a proxy or by postal vote.
