Richard John Osborne, lawyer of Auckland, was appointed as liquidator of Dover Group Limited (in liquidation) by special resolution of its shareholders under section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”).

The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of July 2002 at 2.36 p.m.

The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
