Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 30th day of August 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that National Fleet Rentals Limited be liquidated and that John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner, and Christopher Robert Ross Horton, chartered accountant, be appointed jointly and severally for that purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of August 2002 at 9.00 a.m.

When the liquidator has completed his duties, he intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the Register under section 318 (1) (e) of the Act.
