I, John Richard Palairet, 153 Avenue Road, Napier being a Director of Hawke's Bay
Network Limited, solemnly and sincerely declare that having made all reasonable
enquiry, to the best of my knowledge, the information attached to this declaration is a
true copy of information made available to the public under the Electricity (Information
Disclosure) Regulations 1999.

And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by
