Pursuant to section 95 (1) of the Education Act 1989, acting
under delegation from the Minister of Education, I hereby
determine the composition of the Sunnydene Special School
Board of Trustees.

Membership of the Board

The Sunnydene Special School Board of Trustees shall
comprise of:

• no less than three and no more than seven parent
  representatives;
• the principal of the school;
• one staff representative; and
• up to four co-opted trustees.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (iii) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under
authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby
cancel the licence dated 26 June 2001, which was granted
under those Regulations to Lorraine Kyle, care of Post Office, Raetihi, in respect of Raetihi & District Preschool (51523), situated at Grey Street, Raetihi.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under
authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby

under those Regulations to Tame Mataiawhea Tait in
respect of Parekarangi Kohanga Reo (41013), situated at
249 Atiamuri Highway, Rotorua.

Supplementary Integration Agreements

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that supplementary
integration agreements have been signed between the
Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen,
acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations,
Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and
the proprietors of the following schools:

• St Joseph's School, Hawera.
• St Anne's School, Wanganui.

The said supplementary integration agreements were
executed on 16 August 2002.

Copies of the supplementary integration agreements are
available for inspection without charge by any member
of the public at the regional office of the Ministry of
Education, 116 Victoria Avenue, Wanganui.
