Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of Burton Construction Limited (in liquidation) will be held at La Grouw Corporation, Lockwood Building, Russell Road, Rotorua, on the 22nd day of August 2002 at 10.00 a.m.

Business

The business to be transacted at the meeting is:

1. Confirm liquidators’ appointment or consider another liquidator.
2. Confirm whether to pass resolutions setting out the views of creditors relating to the liquidation.
3. Consideration of appointment of liquidation committee and, if so, appoint members of that committee.

The following resolutions will be submitted to the meeting:

Resolution A:

That the appointment of David Murray Blanchett and Peter Ross McLean as liquidators of the company be and is hereby confirmed.

Resolution B:

That a liquidation committee be and is hereby appointed to act with the liquidator.

Any other resolution relating to the business of the meeting as may properly be put to the meeting.

The Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar at Auckland shall remove Courtney Industries Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 5 Bryant Place, Glendowie, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 have been sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies, thereby completing the liquidation pursuant to section 249 of the Act.

Unless, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, written objection to the removal is delivered to the Registrar by the 16th day of September 2002 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar is obliged to remove the company from the Register.
