Notice of Revocation of Appointment of a Limited
Statutory Manager and Dissolution of the Board of
Trustees of Miramar North School (2916)
My decision to appoint a limited statutory manager to
Miramar North School (as published in the New Zealand
Gazette, 28 February 2002, No. 18, page 544) is hereby
revoked under section 78M (7) of the Education Act 1989, as
I am satisfied that the appointment of a limited statutory
manager under section 78M of the Education Act 1989 is no
longer required.
This action is a consequence of my decision to dissolve the
Miramar North School Board of Trustees.
Under section 78N (1), I hereby dissolve the Miramar North
School Board of Trustees and direct the Secretary for
Education to appoint a commissioner to the school.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of its
publication.
